Chicken tapado
Instructions
Anoint the chicken and Brown in hot oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and discard the cooking fat.
Season with salt, cover with pineapple slices, then add chopped zucchini, onion sliced, crumbled nut, tomatoes and sugar.
Put the covered pot over a fire in half for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, Peel and slice the pears and cut the bananas into 8 pieces without removing the husk.
Spending the time necessary to pour into the pot the fruit and peas.
Cover and cook slowly for another 15 minutes.
Before serving remove the skins to bananas.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1200 g of chicken cut into pieces
