Stuffed chicken to nice
Instructions
Finely chop the parsley and the garlic using Crescent, place them in a bowl and add the ham and Bacon diced reduced.
In a bowl, then soften the crumb of bread with milk, then squeeze it and then add it to the other ingredients along with the sausage, shredded and skin private, and minced veal.
Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture, then tie it with a whole egg and insaporitelo with the salt needed and a rub of nutmeg.
Stir again, using a fork to mix well, then add 100 g of pitted black olives.
Clean the chicken, fiammeggiatelo, wash it inside out and dry it by dabbing with absorbent kitchen paper.
Insert the prepared stuffing into the abdominal cavity of the bird and close opening by sewing with needle and thread.
Transfer the chicken in a greased baking oil, salt, season with a little oil and bake in hot oven (200 degrees) for about 1 hour.
When finished, remove the chicken from the oven, transfer it to a serving dish where you prepared a bed of Brussels sprouts and serve.

- 1 1000 g chicken
- 50 g of bacon
- 100 g of ham
- 50 g of sausage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g of minced veal meat
- 1 egg
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 bun (crumb)
- Salt
- 1 rub of nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 600 g of brussels sprouts in butter
