Instructions
Wash and dry the chicken.
Mix 20 g butter with salt and pepper and coat the chicken.
Melt the rest of the butter and add the breadcrumbs, onions, a pinch of thyme, salt and pepper and saute.
Fill the chicken with 2/3 of the mixture and close it with kitchen Twine.
Place it in a baking dish, cover with the remaining sauce, tomatoes and hot water.
Bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, add potatoes and carrots and cook them.

- 1500 g of chicken
- 100 g of butter
- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 chopped onion
- 3 peeled tomatoes
- 3 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 == Pto Thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50 cl of water
