Spice marinated chicken
Instructions
Marinate the chicken cut in cubes with lemon juice and salt.
Whisk in 1 tablespoon cream of yoghurt with onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, ginger and cinnamon.
To blend it with the remaining yoghurt with paprika and saffron; put the chicken with the marinade; stir and keep in refrigerator 24 hours.
After 2 hours, remove and drain the chicken, brush with oil and cook on the grill with brushed with marinade.

- 450 g of chicken breasts
- Lemon juice
- 10 cl of natural yoghurt
- 1/2 onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Coriander seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Paprika
- Saffron
