Marinated chicken
Instructions
Marinate the chicken for 3 hours in a bowl with the vinegar, vegetables, salt, pepper and oregano.
FRY for 10 minutes in olive oil, then add the vegetables, 2 tablespoons marinade, tomato sauce and olives.
Cook covered for about 1 hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 chicken cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- 3 peeled and chopped green peppers
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- 3 onions
- 1 clove of garlic sliced
- Oregano
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 100 g of pitted olives
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
