Dutch stew chicken
Instructions
Brown in 2 tbsp butter (or margarine) 1 chicken, cleaned and torn apart.
Sprinkle with curry powder and salt and add 1/2 chopped onion.
Sprinkle with 2 cups of the broth, cover and Cook Sweet flame.
When the chicken is cooked add 200 g of fresh sliced mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
Transfer chicken to serving dish.
Sieve the broth, add 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup of milk, bring it back over the fire, stirring and boiling the chicken, pour it.
