Salt crusted chicken
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt and egg whites whipped.
Knead well.
Salt and pepper the inside of the chicken, gently twist and a sprig of fresh rosemary and bay leaf.
Place them in a container from oven, top with the mixture of salt.
Close the jar tightly and bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for an hour and a half.
Break the crust and cut the chicken into pieces.
Accompanying wines: Trentino Merlot DOC, Torgiano Rosso DOC, Aglianico Del Vulture DOC.

- 1 chicken
- 1000 g of coarse salt
- 1 egg whites
- 1000 g of flour
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Salt
