Instructions
In a bowl mix the anchovy paste with lemon juice, whiskey and 4 tablespoons oil.
Dip the chicken thighs in this marinade and let stand for 3 hours.
Prepare a batter with flour, beer, a pinch of salt and the egg white snow mounted.
Drain the chicken thighs, dip in batter and FRY in hot oil.
Serve well-heated.

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 100 g of flour
- 1 egg whites
- Anchovy paste
- 1/2 cup of beer
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of whisky
- 1 == Pto Meeting
