Chicken with onions and pistachios
Instructions
Bone chicken thigh and deprive it of the skin.
In a Pan fry the onion and shallots to make them creamy.
Add the chicken and cook basting with wine.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Toward end of cooking add the thyme and chopped pistachios.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 chicken leg
- 1/2 red onion
- 50 g of pistachios
- 1/2 shallots
- 1 glass white wine
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt
