Chicken with onions
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter and two tablespoons of olive oil, saucepan, heat the chicken cut into pieces, add the onion very thinly sliced and whole onions.
You take color slowly.
Stir a couple of times, add salt and pepper.
Add a sprig of thyme, bay leaf and garlic clove.
Cover and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.
Remove the Bay leaves and garlic.
Arrange on serving dish.
