Chicken in walnut sauce
Instructions
Grate the lemon rind.
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces and place them in a baking dish greased with oil.
Peel the shallots and blend the mixture with parsley, basil, walnuts, lemon peel, pouring oil flush.
Combine salt and paprika.
Sprinkle the sauce chicken pieces and put in oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally.

- For the sauce:
- 3 spring onions
- 3 shallots
- 1 lemon
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Some leaves of basil
- 6 walnut kernels
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Paprika
