Instructions

Cut the chicken into pieces, sprinkle the pretzels, pepateli and sprinkle with flour.

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the meat and cook on low heat, avoiding that coloriscano pieces too quickly.

When are browned, pour in the cream and let simmer for half an hour or so.

Adjust salt and pepper.

Add the lemon juice filtered to the strainer, stir well and sprinkle on chicken chopped ham.

Keep still 2 minutes on the stove, place on serving dish and serve.

The accompanying wine: Colli Morenici Mantovani Del Garda DOC Colli Amerini Red Red "Novello" DOC, Taburno Novello "DOC".
