Deviled chicken at agro
Instructions
Squeeze the lemon, collect the juice in a bowl and keep aside.
Clean the chicken, fiammeggiatelo, wash and dry it.
Cut along the front, open it, place them on a cutting board and appiattitelo with meat tenderizer.
By sprinkling it all over with the oil.
Put in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and chopped Rosemary, mix them and sprinkle on chicken.
Place them in a pan already on fire, with the open part facing upwards.
Cover the pan with a lid by placing a weight on top so that the chicken stays flat.
Cook for 20 minutes at moderate heat, then turn the chicken on the other side and cook for 15-20 minutes.
The chicken should be nicely browned on all sides.
Shortly before the end of cooking sprinkling with lemon juice that will evaporate in focus.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 1000 g chicken
- 1 branch rosemary
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
