Instructions

Open the book and break chicken bones with meat tenderizer, leaving the entire chest.

Ungetelo well on all sides, add salt and pepper.

Take a frying pan (slightly larger than the chicken), place 4 slices of lemon, chicken and over other 4 lemon slices, cover with a lid.

Halfway through the cooking, turn and put 2 nuts of butter.

The chicken must be crispy and soft breast.
