Instructions
The real Deviled is cooking on the grill.
This is a housewife to do on the stove.
Open lengthwise chicken on the side of the back and using a meat hammer crushing well.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil and saucepan, heat the chicken for a quarter of an hour.
Turn it several times.
Salted and flavoured with two pinches of chili powder.
Continue cooking for about three quarters of an hour and serve.
Galletti also can be cooked with the same system.
