Bechamel sauce with yoghurt
Instructions
Prepare the béchamel sauce according to bechamel sauce (basic recipe).
Once the sauce is cooked, add the cream and let it simmer the mixture for a quarter of an hour stirring.
Withdrawn from heat, let cool and then add the yogurt, lemon juice, filtered to the colander and, finally, two teaspoons of sweet mustard.
Adjust the salt if necessary.

- 10 cl of cream
- 1 jar of nonfat yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons of sweet mustard
