Chicken Curry-Flavoured Salt
Instructions
Mix the salt with 2 curry powder, add water to moisten.
In a baking dish from the oven take a minimum 2 cm base lay the chicken where you put in the garlic and Rosemary, add more salt, both around and on pressing and covering well.
Cook for approximately 180 minutes in the oven at 180-200 degrees.
The chicken is dry, soft and fragrant curry but not spicy.

- 1 clean chicken
- 1000 g of climbs
- 1000 g of coarse salt
- 1 jar of curry
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Little of water
