Clean and flaming chicken, eviscerarlo, wash it and dry it.
Rub it externally and internally with the butter then fill the Interior with spices, chopped, sliced garlic, salt and pepper.
Put it in a greased baking and wet with 25 g of oil.
Bake at 180 degrees.
Halfway through the cooking remove the chicken from the oven, brush with honey and continue cooking.
