Instructions
Clean the chicken breasts and divide into 4 equal strips, each fillet with salt and then flour.
Let them Brown, 1 pan off, with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 knob of butter for 5 minutes per side.
Spray them with 1/2 glass of wine and lemon juice, turn up the flame and let it evaporate, then add 2 tablespoons of warm water.
Cover each fillet with 1/2 slice of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese, cover the Pan and keep it on fire again for a few minutes.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 80 g of emmenthal cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- Flour
- Salt
