Baked chicken
Instructions
Separate the leaves of Sage and Rosemary sprigs and chop finely with the salt and pepper in Blender, sprinkle the chicken inside and out.
Covering it entirely with the bacon.
Lightly grease a sheet of aluminum foil, place chicken and reseal.
Put on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for two hours.

- 1 1500 g chicken
- 100 g of a bit thick-cut bacon
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
