Instructions
Cut into 12 pieces chicken and Brown in a pan with 2 nuts of butter.
Add salt, pepper, add herbs and half a glass of water.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
With the remaining butter and the flour prepared a compound sciogliendolo with milk and letting it cook for few minutes.
When the chicken is cooked, add cooking sauce the sauce and the mushrooms that you previously soaked in water for 2 hours.
Simmer for 8 minutes and then add half of the cream.
Put everything on a platter and sprinkle with the rest of the cream.
