Bechamel sauce with mushrooms
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter left, add the sliced mushrooms, cover and simmer fresh focus.
Remove the lid, then evaporate the moisture that has formed, add salt.
Prepare bechamel sauce: see béchamel sauce (basic recipe).
Add the mushrooms, stir, add a pinch of pepper and mix gently the cream to mixture.

- Bechamel
- 150 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 25 g of butter
- 50 G = = Cream
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
