Blend the milk with the flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour it in a pan where you put the butter to melt over low heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
After about 3 minutes to boil the sauce is thickened and will be ready for use.
