Polenta, garlic, oil and chilli
Instructions
Bring to boil the water in a copper pot and add the salt.
As soon as it will be melted, pour the flour, stirring rapidly with a wooden spoon.
Keep lively focus until the water will boil then lower the heat and continue to stir from bottom to top for at least 45 minutes.
Raise then the flame to form a crust on the bottom and walls of the pot.
Pour the polenta.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of cornstarch
- 200 cl of water
- 1 handful of coarse salt
- For the sauce:
- Abundant of chopped parsley
- 1 chili without seeds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
