Sweet polenta
Instructions
Soften the raisins in warm water and squeeze it.
Bring to a boil 150 cl of milk then pour in rain the flour and mix it with the whip.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 40 minutes on medium heat.
Remove from heat and divide the polenta into 4 bowls.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve immediately with the advanced milk, hot, in a pot.

- 30 g of sultanas
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 200 cl of milk
