Instructions
The preference is served with potatoes, carrots, fish, chicken or veal.
Take a tablespoon of butter or margarine, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 of a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Melt butter slowly in the pot, add the flour, then milk, beating constantly.
Bring to the boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Depending on the desired consistency of the sauce pour more or less milk.
