Polenta with thermomix
Instructions
Add in the salt water jug, oil and leads to a boil for 12 minutes at 100 speed temperature 1.
Add the hole of the lid with the moving blades speed 3 flour and bake for 40 minutes at room temperature 100 speed 1.
Leave the spatula and when the polenta thickens, turn down the temperature to 90 and the speed to 1.
Occasionally the spatula thoroughly.
Tips: If you want a softer polenta decrease the flour.
If you want to decrease the cooking time you can use baking flour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of yellow maize flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
- 150 cl of water
