Plum cake with ham
Instructions
Chop ham, add the cheese, egg yolks and egg whites.
Pour into a rectangular mold and bake in the oven at 180° c in a water bath for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the concentrated dissolved in a little hot water and flour.
Diluted with water, perfumed with herbs, salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Serve the cake with sliced hot sauce aside.

- 250 g of ham
- 5 eggs
- 200 g of grated cheese
- For the sauce:
- 50 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of mixed chopped herbs
- 2 cups of water
- Salt
- Pepper
