Instructions
With pasta line a baking sheet (only the bottom and walls, you don't need the lid).
Put in layers: the spinach in butter, Golden onion, chopped ham, scamorza and beaten eggs with a little flour, parmesan cheese and milk.
Go in the oven.

- Puff pastry
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of butter
- For the filling:
- 50 g of spinach
- 50 g of onion
- 50 g of ham
- 1 scamorza
- 3 eggs
- Little of flour
- Parmigiano
- 20 cl of milk
