Instructions
In a roasting pan just oiled or lined with parchment paper, roll out the dough and spread on the surface the chopped tomatoes and spilled oil.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Then add the sliced mozzarella and basil leaves.
Add salt, pepper, sprinkled with a little spilled oil and cook for a further 7-8 minutes.
Serve immediately very hot pizza

- 1 box of peeled tomatoes (250 g)
- 1 mozzarella
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
