Pizza capricciosa
Instructions
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, dress with the flesh chopped and drained tomatoes.
Then distributed on the diced mozzarella, ham strips, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and olives, cut in half.
Add a pinch of salt and washed down with plenty of oil.
Bake pizza in hot oven (250 degrees) for 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pizza dough (see recipe)
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- Some of artichokes in olive oil
- Some of mushrooms in olive oil
- Some of black olives
- 100 g of ham
- Salt
- Pepper
