Pizza bruss
Instructions
Place in 400 g.
Fountain of white flour and pour in 1/2 glass of olive oil, 1/2 glass of warm water, salt and pepper.
Knead quickly and to rest the dough for 30 minutes.
Divide it in half, roll out the first half and place it in a pan greased with butter.
Pour 300 g cheese Bruss mixed with 1 beaten egg.
Cover with the remaining dough and go in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or lukewarm.
