White stuffed pizza by nutella
Instructions
Sift the flour and arrange to fontana on a countertop.
Dissolve the yeast in a cup of beer, with warm water, add a pinch of salt and pour it in the middle of the fountain.
Add a tablespoon of oil and working with your fingers bring the flour in the middle of the fountain; Add water and knead again until the dough is smooth and quite soft.
Make a ball and let rise in warm place in a bowl of powdered flour for about 3 hours.
Grease a rectangular baking dish with oil and roll out the dough, still dressed with a drizzle of olive oil and then put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Baked pizza, cut into rectangles and filled each one with plenty of Nutella.
