Corn and tuna pizza
Instructions
After I cooked the pizza base lower the oven to 190° c (thermostat 6).
Carve into a piece of onion a series of cuts with a knife or scissors, leaving a whole centimeter at the base, formed a kind of flower and put it in a cup of cold water.
I use the end to decorate.
Delete the green part of green onions and mince; drain the tuna and corn from the liquid.
In a pan melt the butter and onions to the saucepan, heat a couple of minutes.
When they are soft, remove from heat, add the tuna and corn, stir and pour into the base that you have placed on a baking plate.
Beat the eggs with the cream and paprika.
Pour the mixture on tuna and corn and sprinkle the surface with the grated emmenthal cheese.
Passed in the oven for 30 minutes.
Garnish with spring onion and serve.

- 1 base pizza dough with sesame
- 1 Bunch spring onions =
- 170 g of tuna in brine
- 200 g of mais au naturel
- 15 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 15 cl of cream
- 1/2 tablespoon of paprika
- 30 g of grated emmenthal cheese
