Pizza with artichokes
Instructions
Thaw the dough.
Cook for 10 minutes frozen artichokes in 20 cl of boiling water with 2 tablespoons oil, whole garlic, half of the parsley and a pinch of salt.
Put and cut into slices.
Roll out the dough into a greased baking, sprinkle with 2/3 of the emmenthal, join the artichoke slices, sprinkle with parsley and Gruyere, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven at 230° c for 20 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pizza dough (see recipe)
- 450 g of artichoke hearts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 150 g of grated emmenthal cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
