Instructions
Prepare the bechamel aside to cook 50 g of butter with flour and adding as the already hot milk, then salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and a pinch of nutmeg.
In remaining butter Cook the mushrooms sliced beforehand and shrimp done in pieces.
Spread the dough a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce with a little oil and place in the oven for a quarter of an hour.
