Ham peas (2)
Instructions
In a saucepan put the onion thinly sliced, olive oil and a bit of butter.
Just the onion Wilts pour peas, add salt, pepper and wet with a little hot broth or water.
Shortly before to finish cooking, add the diced ham and chopped parsley.
To change you can replace the Ham with baked ham.

- 1 onion
- 150 g of ham

- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 walnut butter
