Instructions
Beat the egg whites until foamy, add a pinch of salt and put the mixture in the freezer.
In another bowl beat the egg yolks until they become a creamy.
Then add the sugar, flour, honey, yeast and egg whites that you put in the freezer.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan previously greased rectangular with butter and dusted with flour.
Simmer the mixture in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Once ready, you can add, cream, cream or jam.
Then roll it onto itself and serve cold, maybe covering it with powdered sugar or by decorating it with the cream.

- 3 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- Butter
- 1 pinch of salt
