Nutella pie
Instructions
Prepare the dough by mixing the lard, butter and flour until it takes on the appearance of many crumbs.
Coupled with ' crumbs ' lightly salted cold water and knead until you have a ball of dough that you rest in refrigerator.
While the dough rests spread on the bottom of a mold by ' pie ' buttered the ladyfingers and cover them with Nutella.
The ' pie ' does not provide but you serve in baking dish.
Cover the ladyfingers and Nutella with a lid of dough: first prepare a dough ring on the edges of the container by pasting it well with a yolk.
Then brush the surface of the ring with the egg yolk and then adhere to it a disk of dough, pinching with your fingers the edge for a decorative effect.
Drill finally on the surface many holes with a toothpick in order to let out the steam.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of flour
- 100 g of lard
- 150 g of butter
- 70 g of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 G = = water
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 12 cookies ladyfingers
- 1 jar of nutella
