Instructions
Knead the dough on a work surface with flour, warm water, 1 pinch of salt, olive oil and baking soda until a paste the consistency of a puff pastry.
Roll it in circular shape and bake in a casserole dish terracotta possibly.
Bake at 200 degrees piadina and remove when Golden well.
Fill with stracchino, prosciutto and Arugula.
