Chicken breasts in crust of dried fruits with marsala zabaglione
Instructions
Bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes the chicken browned with a crust of dried fruit, bread crumbs and butter.
Do the zabaglione.
Boil the pasta and pour into the pan of chicken with julienned bietolina.
Serve the meat on pasta and zabaglione.

- 1 chicken breast
- 10 g of nuts
- Raisins
- Pine nuts
- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 20 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
- 1/2 cup of broth
- 50 g of bietoline
- 100 g of type pasta noodles
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
