Sweet and sour chicken breasts
Instructions
Cut the breasts into thin slices, salt and pepper.
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet and Brown the breasts, then remove from heat and keep warm.
Dice onion, green pepper and pineapple and sauté in a condiment used previously for the meat for 5 minutes.
