Pesto alla genovese
Instructions
Clean the Basil and crush it in the mortar with garlic, pine nuts, salt and oil to form a sauce.
Finally add the Parmesan.

- 4 bunch of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g of olive oil extra virgin
