Pesto
Instructions
The pesto can be achieved with the help of a mortar with the blender.
The ingredients and one that both cases are put together, then slowly add the oil flush in such quantities as to make the mixture creamy and compact.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 leaves fresh basil
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 25 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
