Instructions
FRY in oil the swordfish, season with salt and put them in a baking dish.
Wilt in the burro chopped garlic, onion, parsley, sprinkle with a little flour, diluted with wine and lemon juice, then pour over the fish and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 7 minutes.

- 4 slices of swordfish
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt

- Flour
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 1 lemon (juice)
