Swordfish with fennel
Instructions
Wash and dry the slices of swordfish, flour them and place in a saucepan capable where you did Cook the garlic with oil.
All wet with white wine, add salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat turning the slices of fish.
Add a little water glass, pine nuts, chopped fennel and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
Serve slices of swordfish covered with their cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of swordfish
- Flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 sprig of fennel (or florets of fennel)
- Salt
- Pepper
