Fake fish
Instructions
Chop the tuna, capers and some carciofino.
Mash the potato ricer; knead everything trying to get the shape of a fish (okay even a well oiled mold, where you put the mixture and put in the fridge for a few hours).
Place the faux fish on a serving dish, cover it and guarnitelo mayonnaise with gherkins and the peppers.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of tuna in olive oil
- 500 g of boiled potatoes
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- Pickles
- Pickled peppers
- Artichokes in olive oil
