Stuffed fish
Instructions
Sauté for 3 minutes 2 tablespoons chopped scallions and chopped 2 tablespoons sweet pepper in 30 g of butter.
Add 1 tomato peeled and stripped of seeds and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Add salt, pepper and with this compound fill the fish cleaned and gutted.
Place the stuffed fish in a buttered baking sheet, place next 1 chopped onion and sliced 1 green pepper, add 1 small glass of dry wine and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Bake for 40 minutes in the oven already warm to 180 degrees.
