Salt fish
Instructions
Clean the fish entrails and remove the lateral fins; does not scale.
Take a baking dish from oven oval, forming a bed of salt and place the fish, then fit well with the remaining salt.
Put in very hot oven (220-240 degrees) and cook for 20 minutes.
When cooked remove from oven and break the crust of salt.
Arrange in a dish of fish fillets and season with olive oil, extra-virgin, salt and pepper.

- 1000 g of fish (sea bream, sea bass, mutter, white sea bream)
- 3000 g of coarse salt
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
