Potted segoviana
Instructions
Put 2 partridges grasse in a pan greased with butter Crock.
Add salt, pepper and add 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 leek, pepperoni and 2 2 tomatoes into pieces.
Sprinkle with flour and paprika powder.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil and switch to hot oven for 30 minutes.
Add 100 cl of broth, 1 cup of white wine and 1 small glass of sherry.
Grattugiarvi over 50 g of bitter chocolate and combine 4 cloves, chopped onions and 8 8 mushrooms sliced.
Bake for 1 hour in the oven at 120 degrees.
Serve hot.
